SpectraMax - is designed to automatically wrap pallet loads with a secure spiral web of stretch film without the need for the forklift operator to leave the vehicle.  Wraps pallet loads weighing up to 5,000 pounds. Up to 14 RPM Turntable Speed.

HPA-66 - is designed to automatically wrap pallet loads with a secure spiral web of stretch film without the need for the forklift operator to leave the vehicle.  Wraps pallet loads weighing up to 5,000 pounds. Up to 14 RPM Turntable Speed.

MPA-67 - is a rotary tower machine designed for fast and efficient unitization of pallets loads with stretch film.  Rotary tower wrapping method is well-suited for extra light, unstable or heavy loads.  Unlimited (floor loaded ) load weight capacity. Up to 12 RPM rotary speed. 

CTS-67 - Variable Speed Turntable up to 12 RPM; 245% prestretch (standard); 4,000 pound turntable.

Orion's HPA-66 and MPA-67 allow the forklift driver to apply a spiral web of stretch film without the need to exit the vehicle.  This will allow the driver to attend to other duties while loads are being wrapped and thus increase the efficiency of your end-of-line packaging operation.  The systems can be started with a hanging lanyard switch and features automatic film tail cut and wipe.  Each automatic model features exclusive Orion technology including Insta-Cut film tail treatment, and Insta-Thread threadless film carriage.
