AP Series
Polyolefin Shrink Films - Premium,
biaxially oriented multilayer Polyolefin shrink films, designed for the
most difficult applications, including most high-speed automatic machines.
Available in most standard gauges for single-wound sheeting and
centerfold construction.
AP-1 A super high clarity and high gloss stiffer
formulation film, AP-1 is a general purpose, multi-layer, biaxially
oriented polyolefin shrink film. It is ideal for most display packaging
applications, such as chocolate and gift candy boxes, toys, electronics
and foods. It is easily electrostatically sealed, as well. It has
excellent clarity, good shrinkage, excellent sealing and outstanding
tear resistance.
AP-3 A higher tear resistance
and softer formulation makes AP-3 multi-layer, biaxially oriented
polyolefin shrink film the ideal film for wrapping items having need for
greater puncture resistance. These include housewares, books, mechanical
and electrical components. It runs well on packaging machinery which is
sensitive to easier tearing films, and it has excellent clarity, good
shrinkage, excellent sealing and outstanding puncture resistance.
E Series Polyethylene
Shrink Films - A commonly used shrinkable film with
excellent clarity and consistency, used for display packages.
E1-
A low density polyethylene film with preferential shrink properties,
good optical properties combined with exceptional strength. Ideal for
multi-pack utilization applications.
E3- A higher clarity and
high gloss Polyethylene balanced shrink film. The ideal film for
wrapping items having need for greater puncture resistance. These
include housewares, books, mechanical and electrical components. It runs
well on packaging machinery which is sensitive to easier tearing films,
and it has excellent opticals, good shrinkage, excellent sealing and
outstanding puncture resistance.
V
Series PVC Shrink Films - A "controlled
force" shrink film similar to polyolefin, but generally used as a lower
force film suited for products with unusual shapes and/or a tendency to
curl as the film shrinks around them. Can be "preferentially or
biaxially oriented"
V-220- Is a balanced shrink film designed
for applications where low shrink percentage and low shrink tension are
required. Ideally suited for overwrapping products that are easily
distorted, such as textile packages, stationary, lightweight board,
posters, etc…
V-440- A general purpose biaxially oriented shrink
film offering outstanding sparkle and gloss. It offers excellent
machinability and wrinkle-free shrinkage on high profile and
irregular-shaped products.
V-520- An all-purpose preferentially oriented
shrink film, with high cross-direction shrink. It offers excellent
machinability on all equipment and is suited for elongated products.
